We use terms differently. Terms in our opinion, is what the user can expect of a service and what is expected of the user. Let us keep it simple.
First, the user rights:
Our services as a community is based on the value, that everybody should be free. A legal framework for this is the Human rights. These rights embrace the judiciary core of being free. The community services are therefore to promote these rights for the user.
Now the Disclaimer:
This is a community driven site, which means that the terms is defined by the offered services of the community, and adapt to need of the community. When new functions emerge, terms for them will be defined by the participating parties.
This is an experimental community, and we therefore need to disclaim any responsibilities for consequences of participating. The present site is a prototype, and security is not fully functional, so don’t post anything you would not have posted publicly.
Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Denmark shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.
